Return and refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY:

  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot exchange or provide a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
  • To process your return, we require a receipt.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again
  • Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited.

SALE ITEMS

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

SHIPPING & RETURNS
